Zona Plus Devices

The Zona Plus is a handheld, software-controlled isometric exercise device. At the start of every session it measures your maximum voluntary contraction, then guides you through four two-minute handgrip holds with visual and audio cues so you stay in your personal target range. The whole routine takes just under 12 minutes and can be done sitting down, at home or at work.

Two models are available. The Series 3 adds a colour display, on-device video instructions, automatic session tracking and syncing to your secure Zona Health account. The Series 2 is the original device with the same calibrated exercise protocol and paper-log tracking.

Every Zona Plus is intended for adjunctive use in the maintenance of overall cardiovascular wellness and comes with a one-year manufacturer's warranty. The Series 3 also carries a 90-day satisfaction guarantee.
