We guarantee Zona Plus will work to your satisfaction within 90 days or we will refund the purchase price less shipping & handling.

If you are not satisfied with your Zona Plus for any reason you may return it for a complete refund. There is no risk to you. The Zona Plus works and we want to give you every motivation to improve your health.

Products not purchased directly from Zona Health, Inc. must be returned to the place of purchase and are subject to the return policy of the vender. This guarantee is not valid for products sold for research, wholesale, or as used, or refurbished.

Note: Returns will be processed and your refund issued within 30 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original purchase payment method. If this payment method is closed for any reason, we will issue a company check as a payment method.

International Orders:

Customs-Related Issues:

If your package is seized by Customs for any reason and returned to us, we will issue you a prompt refund, less the shipping costs. If it is not returned to us, we cannot issue you a refund. Most orders are held by Customs for the purpose of charging import duties and Customs fees. Please contact the Customs Office in your country before ordering, as we are not responsible for such charges.

Warranty - Zona Plus

The standard parts and labor warranty for the Zona Plus covers all mechanical and electrical defects that are due to component failure during the course of normal usage for a term of 1 year, unless otherwise stated. Zona Health, Inc. has the option to repair or replace the defective product with a product of like kind or similar features, specifications, and functionality. You must call first to obtain a warranty authorization code and ship the unit with the code clearly marked on the outside of the shipment or it will not be accepted. You must ship the unit prepaid to Zona Health, Inc. Zona Health, Inc. is responsible for return shipping to you. Zona Health, Inc. is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.

Improperly returned items

Zona Health, Inc. will not pay to ship improperly returned items back to the owner. Improperly returned items will be held by Zona Health, Inc. for up to 30 days after we receive them and disposed of according to company policy if the owner does not pay in advance to ship them back.
