Delivery Schedule

Orders are processed within 7-10 business days of order placement and are shipped with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. International orders ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited. For orders containing Zona Plus devices, tracking numbers are sent via email after shipment.

If the customer refuses delivery, Zona Health reserves the right to deduct return shipping fees and/or customs and duty charges, as well as an 8% restocking fee from any refund due. Multiple shipping attempts from Zona Health may incur additional shipping fees.

Florida Sales Tax Charges

For orders shipped to addresses within Florida, a 6% (or other applicable) sales tax will be applied. All other US based orders are shipped without Zona Health collecting sales tax. International orders may require duties to be paid in your country for importation. The currency conversion feature should be used as a reference to convert United States dollars to your local currency. Please be advised that your purchase is charged in United States dollars and your credit card company may charge you a small fee for converting currency.

International Orders – Customs/Duty Charges and Currency Conversion

Orders shipped internationally may require duties or additional fees to be paid in your country for importation. Please note these fees are assessed as part of the import process and are not charges from Zona Health.

International Shipping Notice

When placing an order for delivery outside the USA, please be aware that the international shipping charge that appears in your Order Summary DOES NOT include Local Taxes, VAT and/or Duty that is assessed in the country your order will be delivered to. Such Local Taxes, VAT and/or Duty will be collected AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.

If the package is refused by the customer, Zona Health reserves the right to deduct from any refund that is due all return shipping fees and applicable Taxes, Customs and Duties.

Money Back Guarantee – 90-Days

We understand that it may not be for everyone. We do, however, want you to give it time to work with your body. Our health professions recommend a minimum of 4-5 successful sessions per week for a minimum of 6 weeks, with some people seeing results after 8 weeks, depending on the person.

Any device which was purchased directly through Zona Health is eligible for a refund within the first 90 days, starting from the date of delivery, minus an 8% restocking fee. This restocking fee is only applicable if the product has not been regularly used for at least six weeks, completing 4-5 successful sessions each week. Prior to returning, please call us to speak with an experienced customer support representative, toll free, at 1-866-669-9662. Our customer support hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When returning your Zona Plus device, please include the return authorization number which will be provided to you by a Zona Health representative. Once returned, please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to issue back to your method of payment. Please note that only orders placed directly through Zona Health are eligible for the money back guarantee.

Over 90.3% of people in our clinical studies showed positive effects from utilizing the Zona Plus as directed see noticeable benefits with continued Zona Plus use. Money back guarantee only valid for orders placed directly with Zona Health. Shipping fees on orders placed and shipped are non-refundable.

Return Policy

If you purchased your Zona Plus device directly from Zona Health, we offer a 90-day return policy through our money back guarantee (less an 8% restocking fee off the total purchase price, as described above). Returns cannot be made without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Devices will only be accepted as a return, if they are in as-new working condition. Prior to returning, please call us at 1-866-669-9662. to speak with an experienced customer support representative, and our support representatives will issue a unique RMA number and provide instructions on how to return devices. Our customer support hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When returning your Zona Plus device, please include the RMA number (given to you by a Zona Health representative) on the front of the package. Ship Returns to: Zona Health 840 SW 81st Ave, 4th floor, North Lauderdale, FL 33068. When shipping your Zona Plus device, please obtain insurance for the full value of the device and a tracking # from the courier service for your records. This will allow you to see when your package was received by Zona Health. Once returned, please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to issue back to your method of payment. Please note that once a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been issued, the device must be postmarked for return within 10 days. Failure to comply may result in Zona Health refusing the parcel.
Please note that Zona Plus does not supply refunds for Magnesium supplements purchased with the device. For information on the return of these items contact Jigsaw Health at 1-866-601-5800 or at help@jigsawhealth.com.

All returns/exchanges must include the complete device kit in order to receive a refund or an exchanged device.

Refunds for devices do not include return shipping fees, expedited shipping charges, and/or international shipping charges.

Warranty

All Zona Plus devices purchased through Zona Health or from an authorized distributor include a 1-year factory warranty against defects in materials or workmanship from Zona Health, who may extend this warranty period under certain conditions. To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product freight paid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection, together with your name and address. The device must not show any damage other than normal everyday wear and tear for the warranty to apply. Devices outside the warranty period can still be serviced for additional cost.

Payment Plans

If you ordered a Zona Plus device using the 11 monthly payments option, you are on a multi-pay billing plan. Multi-pay is only available to customers ordering directly from Zona Health with a credit card, and discount codes and other promotional offers may not be applied to such orders. A 6.1% fee is added to the then advertised purchase price when using the multi-pay option to purchase a device.

Payments automatically post to the credit card used on the order approximately every 30 days, with the first payment posting on the day of the order. You don't need to contact Zona Health or manually send payments. Funds must be available on the card for each payment.
Shipping & Handling, tax and other applicable charges are applied to the first payment.
For example, if a product was ordered for $99 and 11 payments of $49 plus free shipping and handling (in the continental U.S.) and didn't take any additional items, the payments would be:

If a payment is missed due to a declined card, several attempts to process the charge will be tried again. If attempts to collect the payment continue to fail, a notice from Zona Health or our payment collection partner company will be sent to the customer to find suitable payment arrangements.

Multi-pay offers & purchases are subject to Zona Health approval.

Placing an Order

A. Pricing Information; Availability

Zona Health cannot confirm the price or availability of an item until after your order is placed. Pricing or availability errors may occur on our website. The receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product. Zona Health reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing or availability errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from us. Zona Health may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Pricing for products may be different on our website from prices available in other marketing materials or media.

B. Order Acceptance and Billing

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use any credit card or other means of payment that you provide to Zona Health. All billing information you provide to us must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in cancellation of your order. Prior to accepting an order, we may also request additional information from you. Verification of information may be required prior to the acknowledgment or completion of any purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If your order is canceled after your credit card (or other payment account) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card (or other applicable payment account) in the amount of the charge. We will attempt to contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. Zona Health may request a pre-authorization for some orders placed online with a credit or debit card. This pre-authorization will not be billed to you; however, your card issuer may hold this amount for a short period. Your card issuer determines the length of time the pre-authorization is held. We do this to ensure that the card details are still valid and that you have sufficient funds to complete the transaction.

By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the products ordered, as well as all shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes.

Zona Health reserves the right, including without prior notice, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order for any reason. We will attempt to notify you should such limits be applied. Zona Health also reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to dealers or resellers. For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “reselling” will be defined as purchasing or intending to purchase any product(s) from Zona Health for the purpose of engaging in a commercial sale of the same product(s) to a third party.

C. Promotional Codes/Coupons

Promotional codes and coupons are limited in nature and may expire or be discontinued with or without notice. Promotional codes and coupons are void where prohibited by law. Promotional codes and coupons may not be copied, sold, or otherwise transferred. They are not redeemable for cash and are subject to cancellation or change at any time for any reason without notice. We reserve the right in our discretion to impose conditions on the offering of any promotional code or coupon.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions and any agreement covering the purchase and sale of Zona Plus products with any customer and/or user, and the interpretation of its terms (collectively, “Agreement”), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida applicable to agreements negotiated, executed and performed wholly and solely within the State of Florida. The parties agree that the State of Florida’s conflicts of laws rules shall not apply to this Agreement or any transaction performed by or under this Agreement. All sales are made Point of Sales North Lauderdale, FL and sold FOB North Lauderdale.

Jurisdiction and Venue

All customers and/or users of Zona Plus products (collectively with Zona Health, “parties”) irrevocably submit and consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Florida state courts in and for Broward County, Florida, U.S.A. and the Federal Courts in and for the Southern District of Florida, U.S.A. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non-convenience.
