DIY parts service allows you to service your own Zona Product.  If DIY parts service is available in the circumstances, the following process will apply.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003col\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eService where Zona requires return of the replaced Zona Product or part. \u003c\/strong\u003eZona may require a credit card authorization as security for the retail price of the replacement Zona Product or part and applicable shipping costs.  If you are unable to provide credit card authorization, DIY parts service may not be available to you and Zona will offer alternative arrangements for service.  Zona will ship a replacement Zona Product or part to you with installation instructions, if applicable, and any requirements for the return of the replaced Zona Product or part.
