We guarantee Zona Plus will reduce your blood pressure within 60 days or we will refund the purchase price less shipping & handling.

This guarantee is only valid when the Zona Plus is used properly, 12 minutes a day at least 5 days a week for eight (8) weeks. If you do not see a reduction in your blood pressure after 8 weeks of use, you may call Zona.com (within 60 days of receipt) to obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).

You must return the clean and unaltered product with all product literature and components in the original packaging. Contact Zona.com to receive authorization to return the device. Clearly write the RMA# on the outside of the box. An original purchase receipt is required for any return of the Zona Plus device. Your RMA# expires in 14 days. If your return package is not postmarked by the 14th day, your refund is no longer valid. The Zona Plus must be registered with Zona.com within 15 days of the date of purchase for this guarantee to be valid.

Failure to comply with the terms of this policy may result in a restocking fee (minimum 15%) or the return may not be accepted. Products not purchased directly from Zona.com must be returned to the place of purchase and may be subject to the return policy of the vender. This guarantee is not valid for products sold as used, or refurbished.

Customs-Related Issues:

If your package is seized by Customs for any reason and returned to us, we will issue you a prompt refund, less the shipping costs. If it is not returned to us, we cannot issue you a refund. Please contact the Customs Office in your country before ordering, as we are not responsible for such charges.

Warranty - Zona Plus

The standard parts and labor warranty for the Zona Plus covers all mechanical and electrical defects that are due to component failure during the course of normal usage for a term of 1 year, unless otherwise stated. Zona.com has the option to repair or replace the defective product with a product of like kind or similar features, specifications, and functionality. You must call first to obtain a warranty authorization code and ship the unit with the code clearly marked on the outside of the shipment or it will not be accepted. You must ship the unit prepaid to Zona.com. Zona.com is responsible for return shipping to you. The Zona Plus must be registered with Zona.com within 15 days of the date of purchase for this warranty to be valid. Zona.com is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.

No returns will be accepted without a RMA#. Only our order department has access to the confidential credit card information necessary to generate an RMA#. Due to security concerns RMA#'s can only be requested by phone. RMA#'s CANNOT BE REQUESTED BY EMAIL, no exceptions. Your RMA# expires in 14 days. If your return package is not postmarked by the 14th day, your refund is no longer valid.

Only two bottles/packages of opened product are eligible for a refund. All other packages/bottles of the same product must be in the factory sealed container to be eligible for refund. All bottles must be returned to receive a full 100% refund of the purchase price. If all bottles are not returned your refund will be pro-rated based on the number returned. Example: You bought 3 bottles and only returned 2, your refund would be 2/3 or 66% of what you paid.

Packages that are refused or untried and returned will be refunded less S&H and a 15% restocking charge. This only applies to refused orders or untried product not normal returns under our satisfaction guarantee. As with any herbal supplement you should allow at least 30 days to fairly evaluate the product's success, therefore returns are not accepted prior to 30 days after order.

To process your return, please do the following:

  1. Call Customer Service at 866-669-9662 to receive an RMA#. This number must be visibly displayed on the outside of the return package. Packages sent to us without an RMA# will not be accepted and will be discarded. We do not refund the cost of shipping returned products.
  2. In order for your return to be accepted, you must ship back all of the empty bottles/packages and any unused, unopened bottles/packages in their factory-sealed containers, along with the original receipt or packing slip.
  3. We strongly recommend returning packages to us through certified mail with a tracking number. If we do not receive your product and you cannot prove that the product was returned, we will not issue a refund. Proof of delivery can be the delivery confirmation number or signature as required by the USPS.

General Return Policy - for products not covered under the above policy(s)]

At Zona.com we value our relationship with our customers and offer a return policy for most products that you purchase directly from Zona.com. Under this policy, you may return products to Zona.com within twenty-one (21) days from the date of purchase for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees unless the individual product(s) has a different return policy.

Restocking Fees: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of an error by Zona.com, a restocking fee (minimum of 15%) may be charged on hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts, and unopened software still in its/their sealed package. Batteries and software will not be accepted for a refund if its/their packaging has been opened.

How to Return: To return products, you must contact Zona.com customer service (208-322-9399 or by e-mail at customerservice@zona.com), receive a Return Authorization Code within the return policy period applicable to the product you want to return, and ship the product with the return authorization code clearly marked on the outside of the shipment or it will not be accepted. You must ship the product prepaid to Zona.com. An original purchase receipt is required for any return of any merchandise.

You must ship the products to Zona.com within five (5) days of the date that you are issued the Return Authorization Code.

You must:

  • Ship back all products you are seeking to return to Zona.com. At Zona.com's discretion, credit for partial returns may be less than invoice or individual component prices due to bundled or promotional pricing and any unadvertised discounts or concessions.
  • Return the products in their original packaging, in as-new condition along with any media, documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment.
  • Ship the product(s) at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

Upon receipt of the complete returned purchase, Zona.com will issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees within 2-4 weeks of receiving the returned item. Credit card refunds will typically be issued back to the same card.

Improperly returned items

Zona.com will not pay to ship improperly returned items back to the owner. Improperly returned items will be held by Zona.com for up to 30 days after we receive them and disposed of according to company policy if the owner does not pay in advance to ship them back.
