We guarantee Zona Plus will work to your satisfaction within 8 weeks or we will refund the purchase price less shipping & handling.
This guarantee is only valid when the Zona Plus is used properly, 12 minutes a day at least 5 days a week for 8 weeks. If you do not see an improvement in your cardiovascular health after 8 weeks you may call Zona Health (within 60 days of purchase) to obtain a return authorization code.
You must return the clean and unaltered product with all product literature and components in the original packaging. Contact Zona Health to receive authorization to return the device. Clearly write the return authorization code on the outside of the box and on the original purchase receipt or it will not be accepted. An original purchase receipt is required for any return of the Zona Plus device. Zona Health must receive the returned unit within 75 days of the date of purchase. The Zona Plus must be registered with Zona Health within 15 days of the date of purchase for this guarantee to be valid.

Failure to comply with the terms of this policy may result in a restocking fee (minimum 15%) or the return may not be accepted. Products not purchased directly from Zona Health must be returned to the place of purchase and may be subject to the return policy of the vender. This guarantee is not valid for products sold as used, or refurbished.
This standard parts and labor warranty covers all mechanical and electrical defects that are due to component failure during the course of normal usage for a term of 1 year, unless otherwise stated. Zona Health has the option to repair or replace the defective product with a product of like kind or similar features, specifications, and functionality. You must call first to obtain a warranty authorization code and ship the unit with the code clearly marked on the outside of the shipment or it will not be accepted. You must ship the unit prepaid to Zona Health. Zona Health is responsible for return shipping to you. The Zona Plus must be registered with Zona Health within 15 days of the date of purchase for this warranty to be valid. Zona Health is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.

Your shipping costs will be calculated in your shopping cart at the time of check out and before you confirm your order. Orders typically will ship within 2 business days from order confirmation. The default shipping option is a service such as DHL, UPS, USPS, or FedEx. P.O. Boxes will be shipped using USPS. The default expected shipping time is 7-10 business days. Overnight and Second Day should arrive within 1 or 2 business days after initial order. Zona Health cannot guarantee specific arrival dates due to weather or other factors affecting shipping carriers. Zona Health will choose the carrier most appropriate for your shipment. Contact Zona Health customer service if you need to make specific shipping arrangements.

In the unlikely event that an item on your order is backordered, you will be notified by phone, email, or mail within 2 business days. At this point you can either choose to wait for the item, or remove it from your order. If you choose to wait, or we are unable to contact you, then the backordered item will ship out to you automatically just as soon as we get it back in stock. We will ship the available items immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).
Payments for backordered items are paid in advance as part of the original order. If you choose to remove the backordered item from your order, a refund will be issued that is consistent with the original method of payment.
At Zona Health we value our relationship with our customers and offer a return policy for most products that you purchase directly from Zona Health. Under this policy, you may return products to Zona Health within twenty-one (21) days from the date of purchase for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees unless the individual product(s) has a different return policy.
Restocking Fees: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of an error by Zona Health, a restocking fee (minimum of 15%) may be charged on hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts, and unopened software still in its/their sealed package. Batteries and software will not be accepted for a refund if its/their packaging has been opened.
How to Return: To return products, you must contact Zona Health customer service (208-322-9399 or by e-mail at email@example.com), receive a Return Authorization Code within the return policy period applicable to the product you want to return, and ship the product with the return authorization code clearly marked on the outside of the shipment or it will not be accepted. You must ship the product prepaid to Zona Health. An original purchase receipt is required for any return of any merchandise.
You must ship the products to Zona Health within five (5) days of the date that you are issued the Return Authorization Code.
Ship the product(s) at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
Upon receipt of the complete returned purchase, Zona Health will issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees. Credit card refunds will be issued back to the same card.
Improperly returned items: Zona Health will not pay to ship improperly returned items back to the owner. Improperly returned items will be held by Zona Health for up to 30 days after we receive them and disposed of according to company policy if the owner does not pay in advance to ship them back.
